Search
To find the product you are looking for, use the search function available on each e-shop page. Both simple and combinative searches are available based on category (to which the product belongs), price range and key word. A "key word" may be the product code, part of its title, or a brief description of the product.
Furthermore, Advanced Searches, are available where, apart from the aforementioned, search options based on the following information are given: Direction, Scenario, Music, Actor, Languages, DVD Zone, Subtitles, Screen, Sound, Narrator, Performer, Composer, Participation and Year of Production.
New Client
If you are a new user, you will need to fill in your personal data in order to open an account at VICTORY MEDIA’s electronic store. In the section New Member Registration there is a form where you can fill in your personal data and choose a password. Data is registered in a secure area.
The data will appear in the section My Account, where you can register further data or edit existing data.
Mailing Address
In the section My Account, you can register one or more mailing address for the products you purchase. You can edit the data you have entered any time you wish.
Changing Client Data
If you are already a client, you may enter your e-mail address and code in the section My Account or the “Member Login” section of each page. The page containing your personal data will open and you may make any changes you wish.
Password Reminder
In the event that you forget your password, select Send Password. This page is also accessible by selecting “Password Reminder”. Enter the e-mail address you have registered and the password will be sent to you there.
Reminder List
While browsing the web site, you can choose whichever products interest you and add them to your personal list. The products included in the Reminder List have not been added to your shopping cart so the order process for them has not yet begun. From the Reminder List, you can either choose “Add to cart” in order to commence the purchasing process or delete them.
Order Methods
You may order our products using 2 methods:
1) Order from our electronic store: www.victorymedia.org
2) Place your order via telephone by calling 801 801 2004 (local charge) from a fixed line or 210 – 6561850 from a mobile phone. In this case, you pay the cost of the order upon receipt of the products. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 08:00 am - 22:00 pm.
Upon submission of the order, an e-mail message is automatically returned to you listing the items ordered and the order reference code which you should retain for communication purposes. You can monitor the dispatch stages on the page “My Orders”. If any problem arises in relation to your order (shortage, failure to deliver due to force majeure, etc.) we will inform you accordingly via e-mail or telephone.
Payment Methods
For the convenience of all those wishing to purchase from our store, we offer the following alternative payment methods:
1. VISA & MASTERCARD credit cards issued by any bank. The charge is made by redirecting the user to the Piraeus Bank web site for maximum transaction security (more information in the section Transaction Security).
2. Cash upon delivery of goods within Greece. In this case, you pay the cost of the order upon receipt of the products.
Shipping Methods & Charges

Most products are sent to recipients via a collaborating courier company 2 to 5 working days from the date of the order.
Shipping is free for purchases of any products totaling 100 EURO or more, while for smaller purchases, there is a 5 EURO shipping fee.
Delivery is carried out on work days between 09:00 am - 17:00 pm.
· Abroad
Shipments abroad are carried out by post and delivery times range from 3 to 7 work days depending on the country being shipped to.
The fee for shipping abroad is 10 EURO. Cash on delivery is not an option for orders destined for foreign countries.
Order Status
If you wish to check the orders you have made in the past, choose “My Account” and then “My orders”. A list with your orders appears. Apart from the title of the product, you can view information such as the order code, the date the order was placed, the status (i.e. executed). You can view all of your orders if you wish.

Purchasing
When you have decided to purchase a product, click on the shopping cart next to it. Then, having logged in (Member Login), you can specify the number of items you wish to purchase. The page clearly indicates what stage of the order you are at and how many stages remain until the order has been completed. During Step 2, you enter the delivery data and payment and shipping method and – if you have chosen to pay via credit card – your credit card data. During Step 3, you are presented with the total price of your order and can specify whether you would like a receipt or invoice. If you choose invoice, you enter the data for the invoice. Finally, in Step 4, you see whether or not your order was successful.
In the event that the product is not immediately available, we will contact you immediately. In the event that the product is not available because the store is out of stock, we will contact you either by e-mail or telephone and no charge will be made to your credit card.
Credit Card Charge
In the event of a credit card purchase, the amount owed is charged on the day the product is shipped.
